Lindauer Family Farms
www.lindauerfarms.comOUR HERITAGE Our family farming tradition began in 1889 when our great-great grandfather, Frederick Lindauer, homesteaded in Eastern Nebraska after emigrating to the U.S. from the Bavarian region of Germany shortly after the Civil War. In 1910, his son, William, moved further west and founded our family farm near Brule, Nebraska. Over the years, our family has acquired parcels of adjacent land and we now have thousands of acres of well managed pasture and cropland. We are proud of our heritage. Our farm represents one of the few remaining family owned and operated businesses, a segment that has declined since the advent of large corporations entering the business and employing "efficient" factory farming techniques. OUR PASSION From the beginning, our passion has been raising premium quality beef that our customers trust to be always natural and authentic. Our Heritage beef comes from prize-winning Polled Herefords. We free-range pasture our cow-calves and exceed the recommended cow-calf to acre ratio for grazing. We are self-sustaining and do not use hormones, antibiotic feed additives or pesticides. We respect our animals, and treat them humanely. We believe that raising beef that is always natural and authentic not only produces the best tasting steaks, but also provides our customers with peace of mind knowing the beef they serve to family and friends is true to nature. OUR VALUES Our traditional values drive our focus on providing our customers with the finest cuts of beef. Hard-work, integrity and excellence are time-honored traditions at the Lindauer Family Farm. We will never compromise. Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. Every Lindauer Family Farms purchase comes with a 100% unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Our goal is to ensure that every one of our customers has a truly extraordinary experience - every time.
