UDAYA Design and Construct are a specialized and dedicated team of building designers, surveyors, energy raters and 3D renderers who have the capacity to take on and conceptualize a design for any building needed in any location. They work closely with UDAYA Engineering, who offer a strong team that incorporates all experts in this field to exceed the skills required for intricate project management, structural engineering and civil engineering. The UDAYA Group commenced operations in 2001,focusing on multi-unit developments, investment properties and house and land packages. The beginning was humble: three employees supervised the building of approximately 20 homes annually.As the volume of houses grew, so did the team.In 2006, the UDAYA Group established our first corporate head office in Dandenong, Victoria; rapidly expanding our business activities and diversifying into complementary industries. In 2009, as part of our strategic plan to expand construction activities into residential subdivisions,UDAYA Group acquired a fleet of earthmoving machinery to enable us to complete all the required civil engineering works for our developments. Using our newly established international offices, the
