Mammut Work Wear A/S is a Danish manufacturer and distributer of profile work wear and uniforms. Since the company was established in 1982 Mammut has been supplier to DSB (Danish railroads), supplier to the Danish Police since 1986, and since 1988 supplier to Post Danmark (Danish Post), just to mention a few of our long lasting customers. At Mammut we set a pride in being able to identify and meet our customers’ needs and requirements for individual profile work wear. Our success is based on satisfied customers and skilled, dedicated employees. Our main office is placed in Denmark and we have fully owned production facilities in Ukraine and Poland. Our History goes over 30 years back where we had our own production in Næstved, Denmark. We believe that a combination of fully owned Production Companies, which gives us full control over the final product and the quality, and a high flexibility, is essential for our core products. Whereas for other products we have decided to have a close long lasting corporation with companies, whom we know can and will deliver in the right quality, to the right price and time. Our Logistic solutions are created according to the demands and needs of our customers. We can handle everything from very “simple” solutions to full service solutions. In Næstved we have 1.600 m² for stocking, order picking and a packing area. Our stock has the highest level of security, due to the production for the Danish Police and for other Institutional customers and security companies. We make use of DTI – the Danish Technological Institute – for clothing as regards the supervision and development. DTI has consultants and laboratories. Our on-going Quality control involves our sales, design, construction, sewing and final control departments. We use AQL level II. We know that the devil is in the detail….
