The Haryana Skill Development Mission, Government of Haryana is an initiative under the leadership of the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana to train youths as per their capabilities and make them employable. It aims to coordinate, converge and deliver quality skill training to youth to make them self-reliant and to enhance their employability by integrating efforts of various departments of the State and Central Government organizations to impart excellent skill training and professional knowledge to the youth to enhance their employability. The Primordial Center of Excellence - HSDM has a mission of ‘No Graduate Left Behind’, and delivers on its commitments by collaborating with industry leaders for creating and delivering employment-oriented training programs; creating a student-centered transformational learning environment; and nurturing a strong corporate and alumni network for providing internship and employment opportunities to the qualified talent pool graduating from the facilitated programs. All Programs at Center of Excellence have been designed as per industry demands and lay stress on both classroom pedagogy, as well as on-the-job training modules, to produce world class industry-oriented certified professionals who are fully geared to take on any challenge within the services industry domain.
