We offer a combination of the best in international experience and a decade of practical implementation in countries in transition. Since its foundation in 1994, Adizes Southeast Europe, as an integral part of the Adizes Institute, Santa Barbara, USA, has worked in more than 200 organizations, from those recently founded to some of the most successful profit and nonprofit organizations and government agencies in region of former Yugoslavia, Russia and Ukraine. Adizes SEE is organized into three centres: the Centre for Education, the Centre for Organizational Therapy and the Publishing Centre.
