Founded in the spring of 2001, Horizon is a Pennsylvania Certified DBE-WBE firm providing quality engineering services to a wide range of clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Horizon Engineering was formed with the objective to create a professional consulting engineering firm that would offer quality and thoughtful services in a timely and professional manner, and we maintain that objective today as our primary business focus.
