Founded in 1983 on the site of a former printworks, FBC Clerkenwell was one of the first plug-and-play serviced office sites in London. It has become an integral part of the local community, providing quirky and affordable workspaces and services to a range of diverse companies. The FBC has 50 private offices which are fully customisable and newly decorated before businesses move in. Licence terms are highly flexible, allowing businesses to grow within the building, and fees include rent, business rates and super-fast internet.
