A few of our coaches have Master’s in Management Coaching (like Mary), some have other post-graduate degrees (like Mike Green), we have 2 PhDs in allied fields (both are professors at business schools), and a few (like Peter Womersley) have MBAs. All have internationally recognized coaching qualifications and many hours of coaching experience, Mary has over 3500 hours of coaching herself.
