Community Farmers Markets (CFM) is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Atlanta Georgia that focuses on local food access. We are the largest farmers market organization in the Southeast. CFM operates five farmers markets, co-operates five Fresh MARTA Markets, educational programs for customers and vendors, farm to table events, and provides financial incentives to make local food more accessible.
