The Swiss Sequoia Club wants to connect highly motivated and talented students with various backgrounds and skill sets from three different universities in Switzerland. Our goal is to create a platform where people can exchange their ideas and know-how or even team up as co-founders for (future) startup projects. To this end, we are organising events in Zurich, Lausanne and St. Gallen to bring together tech- and business students from ETH, EFPL and HSG. We want to build a diverse startup community in which (future) entrepreneurs profit from the network, knowledge and experiences from the members of our club. Our vision is to enhance the potential of the student startup ecosystem in Switzerland. In the long run, we want to contribute to the sustainability of the Swiss economy with successful companies and new jobs resulting from projects founded by members of the SSC community.
