Miller EMS History MEMS began in 2006 as a First Response / Stand-by service. Miller EMS founded by Matt Miller who is the sole-owner of the company. In September 2008 MEMS obtained it's first licensure as a Basic Life Support Ambulance service with individual protocols through where it is today a successful Critical Care Mobile Healthcare service. Our management team emphasizes that our crews are of the upmost importance and without them we would not be the growing successful multifaceted ambulance service we are today . MEMS Mission Our mission at Miller Emergency Medical Services: to provide quality, safe, compassionate emergency medical care and transportation to those in which we serve. Miller EMS Eight Core Values 1. Safe: Avoiding injuries to patients and staff 2. Effective: Providing services based on scientific knowledge to those in our care 3.
