Achieving these standards can be a prerequisite when pidding for public contracts and supplying to large customers I look at the management procedures already in place and build on those or I build them from scratch. I carry out the internal audits and assist the Senior Management with the required management reviews. This will then be followed by me organising for the company to be certified to the Standard(s) by a UKAS approved company.
