Flower & Fendler Homes is a St. Louis area builder, started by Sean Flower and Donald Fendler in 2008. Sean and Don have more than 30 years of combined experience in construction, development, and homebuilding. Prior to forming Flower & Fendler, Sean and Don were both top former executives at a large homebuilder, and have built thousands of homes and residential lots in the St. Louis area. In addition to their home building experience, both Sean and Don have extensive professional experience. Sean is an attorney, and is a former President of the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis. He still serves on several boards with HBA. Don is a former Certified Public Accountant who worked for a "big six" accounting firm. Don is also well respected in the industry and community, and serves on several local charitable boards. Flower & Fendler has the unique ability to provide you our clients with all of the professionalism and expertise of a large builder, combined with the personal service and attention of a small builder.
