Carlitos operates in Jersey City and serves mouth watering Central Texas style barbecue tacos, we smoke our meats low and slow for up to 14 hours with hard oak wood. We believe that barbecue pairs best with handmade tortillas and salsas, therefore we just happen to make great tacos. We pride ourselves on sourcing premium and local ingredients. Our beef and pork is 100% all-natural from Creek Stone Farm and are free of hormones and antibiotics. Our chicken comes from Bell & Evans Farms and is 100% all-natural cage free chicken. Our Nixtamal tortillas are made with fresh and 100% natural ingredients and are hand-made to order. All of our sauce and pickling is done in-house. We believe that our food brings people together and we pride ourselves in delivering a warm and caring customer experience.
