MarketFresh is an independent food microbiology testing laboratory providing microbiological services to the food industry. MarketFresh provides external validation of companies' internal procedures. MarketFresh uses a consultative approach to ensure that the appropriate testing is being done for customers on products as well as their food processing environments. It is the mission of MarketFresh to provide customers knowledge of their products and their processing environment to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. Too frequently, food processors are testing with large laboratories that do not have the customer service support to provide information about their results, or smaller laboratories that do not have the appropriate qualifications to provide accurate information. There is nothing gained by testing if results are not used to improve safety and quality issues.
