After over 12 months of practicing with Yoga Inlight I have discovered that yoga is much more than I once perceived. It's a part of a journey of change that is happening in my life. I look forward to yoga night and know that I will leave the class feeling relaxed and that I have been enriched in some way within my mind and body. Yoga Inlight really impacts my entire self in a positive way. It affects me positively on a physical level as well as mentally. It makes me think about and reflect on family, friends, my world and myself. Thank you Carol, for being a part of this journey of change for the better!
