Students are the future healthcare workforce, and current student leaders will be leading the way. ESLIH is committed to giving current medical, dental and pharmacy students an accessible opportunity to be inspired by clinical leaders, receive practical leadership teaching and to celebrate their leadership achievements. Supported by Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) and Health Education England (HEE), ESLIH is led by clinical fellow alumni from the National Medical Director, Chief Pharmaceutical and Chief Dental Officer's clinical fellow schemes as well as students.
