RecruitPhilly is a grass-roots non-profit, led by local talent leaders, which hosts events that foster innovation, networking, sharing best practices, and professional development to elevate the recruiting profession in the greater Philadelphia area. Founded in 2018, RecruitPhilly was developed by Philadelphia-area recruiters for Philadelphia-area recruiters. Our inaugural event on May 23, 2019 will attract speakers and highlight local best practices that provide Philadelphia-area recruiters and recruiting leaders with a forum where they can learn and grow. Through these annual events and a strong social media presence, RecruitPhilly will offer recruiters a broad, inclusive community to call their own.
