OUR PHILOSOPHY The philosophy of the Jr. Hitmen Hockey Development Program is to provide ALL players the opportunity to become part of a program that focuses on improving the hockey skills of young athletes, no matter what skill level they may be at. No player will be refused the opportunity to be part of the Hitmen Family. The program does not focus on “Winning at all Costs” but on hockey development. OUR GOALS -Empowering young players by collectively building confidence and skill development -Building a fun and competitive environment that fosters lasting relationships with both coaches and teammates -Developing players physical and mental skills both on and off the ice -Promoting healthy lifestyles and mindsets for lifelong learning -Encouraging positive decision making and leveraging conscientious problem solving
