The Woodstock Public Library provides library & computer services for the residents of the Woodstock Community Unit School District #200 in McHenry county Illinois. Our service area includes Woodstock, Wonder Lake and the Bull Valley area. In addition to a collection of over 100,000 books, CDs, and DVDs; the library also has 37 public computer stations. All public stations provide internet, Microsoft Office 2007 and photo editing software. Customers can login using their library card numbers or with a guest number provided by the reference librarians. Computer training classes are offered on a regular basis. Topics include basic & intermediate level classes in Microsoft Word & Excel; Internet, computer file management. Classes are also offered in social media (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) as well as Genealogy research .
