The Puerto Rico Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, (SHRM-PR) is a professional organization, whose membership includes over 1,300 Human Resource executives and professionals in Puerto Rico. Our main purpose is to provide meaningful programs, seminars and resources, in partnership with the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for all our members and guests. Additionally, we provide excellent networking opportunities with other HR professionals and we represent the voice of the profession in public policy matters that affect the competitiveness and economic development of Puerto Rico. .
