We are Carmen & Joel, mother-son founders of Cornerstone REHL Inc. We’ve been working in the real estate and home loan industry almost our entire lives. We started working for different companies, but now we are partnered together, working side by side to unite the real estate and home loan process, creating a faster, easier and more transparent home buying experience. When we worked for different companies, the home buying process was choppy, ineffective, and communication between the real estate and mortgage companies was cumbersome for the families we served. When people think about buying a home, they imagine two separate journeys to reach their goal. They start one process with their lender and another with their realtor, putting a strain on communication and making the process difficult. Two different companies, two different journeys to achieve a single goal? Convinced there was a smoother, more effective way to help you buy, sell and finance homes, we built Cornerstone.
