Many users perceive SAP Solution Manager only as a necessary tool to download the patches (Maintenance Optimizer) but they do not realize, that it offers a very robust product to solve a complex management of all IT processes and many more. This product is also free of charge for SAP customers on at least standard support level (its price is part of the maintenance costs). Our effort is to spread this awareness among SAP customers (mostly via regular workshops on various topics) and to show them that it is possible to achieve considerable savings within IT management by using this product and appropriate reorganisation of activities. We inform our regular customers periodically about the news and show them other functionality, which makes work in IT and business more efficient. An essential part of our offer is also BC administration of SAP systems in Linux, AIX or Windows environments. We also offer the experience of qualified BC administrators, managing the SAP environment from installation and optimization to regular operational activity.
