“We are a membership organization focused exclusively on developing School Superintendent Leadership.” BOSS is a national organization (born in Minnesota) dedicated to serving School Superintendents only. BOSS is here to help Superintendent of Schools expand their leadership capacity refine their leadership skill, and support them as they make necessary changes in the school system they serve. BOSS organizes, leads and sustain superintendent cohort learning across the nation. Cohort members compare and learn from one another in a private, safe and secure setting.
