The Chain Effect promotes the bicycle as a sustainable and convenient form of urban mobility, and facilitates its use in Beirut through street art, public interventions, community projects and planning. We believe in the potential for bicycles to transform urban environments and contribute to the social, economic, environmental and cultural development of Beirut.
