Concierge Urbain was an idea of Zool Gova that started in 2012 and has grown from the original Hi-RiSE Communications Solutions Inc. company. Established in 1988, Hi-Rise is a national leader in indoor and elevator advertising, providing customers with high value-added communication solutions. We specialize in connecting businesses with their target audiences through a network of residential, commercial, medical, educational, and seniors’ buildings. Based in Ottawa, Canada, we serve local and national clients from every major product category, from food and restaurants to financial, healthcare, telecommunications, entertainment, education, and pharmaceuticals.
