The Eviction Defense Network (EDN) nonprofit community organization is dedicated to protecting the right to decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing. We ensure access to justice for the 70,000 households that face eviction each year by providing consultations for a donation (no one turned away due to lack of funds). We also provide representation in court on a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay and payment plans are available.
