IFA Powertrain Poland has been operating in Poland since May 13 2016. The factory’s surface area is over 32 thousand square meters – we are the second biggest IFA factory. We currently employ 530 people and we will end 2019 with 600 employees. Besides in our headquarters in Haldensleben (Saxony-Anhalt, Germany), IFA is located with sales, engineering or production in Stuttgart, Sangerhausen (Germany), Novi (USA), Charleston (USA), Shanghai (China) and Ujazd (Poland). IFA is present in the largest car markets in the world. At IFA Powertrain Poland, we manufacture half-shafts for the Daimler group. This year, we are already starting new projects and production lines. At IFA, customer requirements are surveyed and shared globally. Our platform engineering team develops solutions for any task at hand, using the most advanced simulation tools available. IFA’s customer application and product validation implement solutions with the launch teams of the plants within the markets relevant to our customers.
