Downtown SF is the newest Community Benefit District in San Francisco and was formed in January 2020. Developed by a coalition of property and business owners, the District includes two of the oldest continuous business districts in the City (Financial and Jackson Square) and funds special benefit services over and above what the City already provides to include cleaning and safety services, mobility management, public realm improvements and beautification, and marketing. OUR MISSION: Improve district vitality through best-in-class clean and safe programming, infrastructure enhancements, dynamic partnerships and productive marketing.
