Tucan.ai is a Berlin-based tech startup developing AI software aimed at improving our professional communication. We build productivity tools based on automatic speech recognition, transcription and summarisation to help B2B customers organise, carry out and post-process meetings and other structured communication more efficiently. Our vision is to outsource exhausting bureaucratic tasks to AI systems so that we can focus more on what is really important: being innovative and creative together. Thanks to our deep-learning technology Tucan.ai recognises more than two speakers and continuously learns to better understand individual speech patterns. It is significantly preciser than other transcription and productivity software when it comes to idiomatic and vernacular speech, with over 90 percent accuracy. Our current development focus lies on QA training, content and sentiment analysis to be able provide automatic smart summaries as soon as possible.
