We choose each case carefully, making sure it fits in with our interest and expertise and has goals we think we can attain. By keeping our caseload small, we amplify the care and effort we devote to each client. Our focus is on business litigation - securities, employment, banking, real estate and contracts. Every year, we also take on a few contingency cases that we believe have genuine promise. Doing this allows us to see each case from the point of view of plaintiff or defendant.
