WA Mack Muster and Truck Show
www.mackmuster.com.auRAISING MONEY FOR CANCER RESEARCH Run by committee, the WA Mack Muster and Truck Show is a grassroots organization that started as a dream and was built into reality by a small group of dedicated individuals passionate about the Transport industry. The WA Mack Muster and Truck Show was developed to provide a unique, community event in Western Australia that brings the Mack brand together with others in a true “Muster” environment at the beautiful Quarry Farm in Byford, WA. The 2020 Truck Show was a huge success. 140 trucks from across Australia and more than 3,500 spectators attended the Show with $100,000 raised for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research and the Cancer 200 Ride for Research. The idea for a Mack Muster in WA stemmed WA Limestone Director Steve Della Bona and CTS Low Loaders Director Jason Clatworthy. Both Mack Valueliner owners, they had an idea over a beer about displaying their Trucks one afternoon in a paddock with some beers, a BBQ along with several other local Mack enthusiasts. The idea took hold, and a committee was formed, and the idea kicked off. The aim was to encourage all Mack owners, along with all truck owners, suppliers, and supporters of the WA transport industry to come out and get involved in a day to raise money to help make Cancer, non-lethal.
