MULO (MULO A/S) is a restaurants company. We serve freshly made sandwiches and squeeze orange juice to order. We produce gelato daily and brew espresso coffee. MULO (pronounced: mù·lo) means "mule" in Italian. The mule has been utilized for centuries, as a draft animal - drawing heavy loads from field to farm, from farm to mill, and back. The MULO system is carefully managed in every single process - to ensure QSC&V (Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value) for the guest/customer. We strive to employ hard-working, humble, naturally service-minded individuals - with qualities much like the mule. We pre-screen all new potential employees.
