The Practice was founded in 1978 by Bill Marshall in response to a demand from lawyers and insurers for clear accurate advice on complex technical issues in civil and structural engineering. Since its inception the firm has earned a reputation for providing high quality advice to a wide range of clients. An architectural capability was introduced to the Practice in 1996 to widen the scope of our services. Since its inception the Practice has provided Expert advice in many high value, high profile disputes.
