AIAA - University of Houston Chapter
www.aiaa-uh.comThe AIAA was formed in 1963 with the purpose to promote professionalism among those involved in the art, science, and technology of aeronautics and astronautics. The University of Houston Student Chapter extends this mission statement to include promoting leadership, fellowship, and education for anyone who has an interest in the aerospace industry through student participation in our three engineering teams. These engineering teams are Space City Rocketry, Space City UAV team, and Hobby Rocket team. Our chapter is over 50 members strong and growing. We have hosted speakers from the aerospace industry all the way to NASA astronauts. AIAA-UH provides members with opportunities to further their knowledge in aerospace while having fun.
