Make-A-Wish® Metro New York and Western New York touches the life of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition every 10 hours. We believe that a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides us in everything we do. It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve. In September of 2011, the Metro New York chapter and Western New York chapter joined forces to better serve the children in our respective communities. Headquartered in the Metro NY region with offices in Lake Success and Manhattan, the entire Chapter serves a total of 23 counties in the State of New York - all five boroughs and Nassau county in the Metro NY region; eight counties in the Buffalo region; and nine counties in the Rochester region.
