GABBAR Metal Covers are the new age Manhole Covers aimed at providing a “fit it,forget it” experience to the user. They have been aesthetically designed keeping in mind the end consumer needs. Theft proof, easy to use, have high load bearing capacity along with being cost effective is what sets it apart. Made of MS-Chequered plates, GABBAR metal manhole covers are anti-skid and are much lighter than Cast Iron, Ductile Iron or SFRC (Cement) Covers. They have high impact strength, suitable for domestic and commercial purposes. GABBAR metal manhole covers (3mm) can easily withstand 300 MPa or 3000kg force/cm2. Chequered plates of high quality brands of SAIL/ JINDAL are used as the top cover and the frame is fabricated to it. The cover is then zinc & powder coated before which a rigorous 5 step pre-treatment process is carried out. The pre-treatment involves Cleaning, Conversion Coating, Degreasing, De-rusting and Descaling. This process enhances the life of powder coating of the cover to a great extent and makes it rust-free.
