Having spent several years travelling around the UK for business we realised that for a similar price to what hotels were charging for one room we could book an apartment and enjoy the benefits of home comforts. Sadly, not all the accommodation was representative of its description online and so we realised there was a gap for quality and affordable short-term accommodation across the UK and Poland and decided to do something about it. Having a combined 30 years’ experience working for large corporate retail and restaurant brands in both Property Acquisition and Construction Management we knew we were ideally positioned to build our own portfolio of boutique style apartments.
