While bringing our scientific know-how to the industry, we have been exposed to methodologies and way of working we wished we were aware of during our research activities. In fact, it would have greatly improved our productivity, reliability and more. Our mission is to share with junior researchers all the good practices we have learnt in the hard way. The two main subjects we talk about are Agile project management and good practice in coding (including Test Driven Development, foundations of Clean Code, and maintainable project documentation)
