Hitch is a Houston-based MIT LaunchX company in the ride-sharing market, offering a transportation option for those in need of convenience and affordability over competitors. We work through a simple driver-rider system, with targeted drivers going on their daily routes and picking up riders along the way. Drivers need not worry about altering their route for the rider, instead getting a hassle-free drive while simultaneously making extra money. Riders must meet the driver on their route, but are rewarded with rates lower than any other competitor. For the daily conscientious commuter of all types, Hitch offers a new, innovative system to surpass the competition.
