Our Story Caryatid’s founders worked together at the largest California utility company, applying their technical experience as architects, project managers and real estate strategists to the management of a major real estate program. This strategic real estate program will transform the utility company’s workplace experience and optimize the real estate portfolio. Our partners have worked on every side of the development experience; we have been designers, builders, project/portfolio managers and owners!
