ADR was founded by longtime anti-doping pioneer Don Catlin, M.D., his son Oliver Catlin and colleagues to uncover new drugs being used illegally and develop the tests to detect them. In Nov. 2009, ADR developed a new equine test for the powerful blood-boosting drug CERA, and has recently reported progress toward developing a long sought-after urine test for human growth hormone.
