Cultivating Self is an opportunity for nurses to unwind, rejuvenate and reconnect with their passion for wellness, education, and healing. Our mission is to cultivate community around the healing arts. Through practical application, we learn about ways to heal and ways that we can integrate methods from around the world. We discuss the importance of culture, joy, and connectivity through curated experiences. We also share our unique gifts with each other in a container that feels comfortable and compassionate.
