We are a boutique Physiotherapy practice with a passion for helping people who care about their current and future health progress towards being pain free, strong and healthy in mind and body. We operate from within gym environments, currently in Osborne Park and in West Perth, this allows us to work in a community and space where we can help people to progress in fitness and in health with a plan to sustain these changes long term. It also helps us to include Strength and Conditioning training and principles to a high level for our athlete population clients. Our philosophy is “Physiotherapy that puts you in control”. We do this by using an exercise and behavioural based approach to pain treatment and injury rehabilitation that empowers you to be the main driver of your progress in health and fitness.
