Company Overview Navigator CS, LLC (Navigator CS) was founded in December 2006 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide a broad range of construction management and related services to a largely underserved market. The primary focus of the company is to provide prime contract solutions for Federal Government and other public sector clients who desire top quality support from an SBVOSB firm as well as provide subcontracting support for large Federal prime contractors who need well qualified small–business sub-contractors. The founder of Navigator CS have more than 25 years combined experience in the areas of construction, construction management, information security and real estate development, in both the public and private sector. He has experience as a contractor, designer, developer, consultant, construction manager and owner’s representative leading both large and small teams to execute a variety of projects for numerous clients across the country and overseas and brings this experience and capability to the Federal Government sector as an SDVOSB firm.
