Josey Records and Music of Dallas is more than a record store; it’s a music mecca with 15,500 sqft of floor space dedicated to all things music! From our rows upon rows of new and used vinyl bins to our stacks of CDs and new releases, you can find just about anything you’re looking for at Josey. If we don’t have it, we will make an honest effort to find it or special order it for you. Don’t forget to check out our two live performance areas where you can catch all of the best local bands that Dallas has to offer as well as the live DJ booth where you can catch some great tunes and turntable action: part of our Josey weekend DJ series. Josey Records Kansas City is our second location, located in the Crossroads just south of downtown. With 6,500 sqft of music you’re sure to find that classic gem you’ve been looking for or that new release that you’ve been hearing about. We carry all genres including rock, soul, jazz, hip hop, soundtracks, classical, folk, country and beyond in LP, CD and 45 formats. You might even find a few new releases on cassette! The Crossroads at Grinder’s is mere feet away from our front door so you might see that next big band digging through our bins.
