Driven by a genuine passion for Egyptian artisan and handmade products the two Core Team Members; Tarek Sheta and Hisham El Gazzar came together in 2003 to set the grounds for an Electronic-Export-Trade focused entity. It was a common agreement from the beginning to develop and establish a trade-name for all activities of this entity, which should be easy to pronounce in all languages with an appealing and remarkable and easy to remember logo. Soon the name Yadawee (Egyptian Arts & Crafts) was agreed on and the logo was developed by a professional Egyptian design house.
