VEOS Group design and manufactures products for Maritime, Oil&Gas and Industry Docks Fenders and Boat Foam Fendering systems (Pilot boats, Work boats, Crew boats, Wind cats, Yachts tenders , etc) Mooring / Subsea buoys, floats & foam filled fenders and Polyurethane coated products, lifting toole. One of the Particularities of VEOS systems is that it produces an unsinkable fender, with a high-energy absorption with a relatively low reaction force. Our fenders are based on a foam core with density from 30, 50, 70, 100 & 140kg/m³, coated with Nibraprène® skin reinforced with multiple layers of high-performance fabrics. Sprayed with specific formulation, the Nibraprène® gives flexibility and abrasion resistance in the most difficult operating conditions to the products on which it is applied. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, VEOS realized the equipment of their first offshore boats 30 years ago. For any price request and technical study, a data sheet has to be filled informing for exemple the boat’s characteristics in order to size the kinetic energy to be absorbed. Furthermore, curves of kinetic energy, reaction force and surface pressure are provided with each of our commercial proposal, justifying the choice of foam density and thickness of coating.
