I'm a writer and facilitator creating spaces for people to explore grief. My work focuses on how we can support each other through grief at work and in our personal relationships. And I am fiercely committed to making sure that we have more conversations about grief, death, and dying. I'm a member of the BC Women's Hospital and Health Foundation Young Women's Council, the Our House Associate Board, the lululemon Luminaries program, and host grief-focused events (Dead Moms Club, Death Over Dinner, Grief 101) across the US and Canada.
