The Experiential Leadership Institute, began with a simple invitation “ will you teach what you have learned” ? The Institute offers programs which are an attempt to raise the possibility in the minds of educators (teachers, trainers, facilitators, people working with people) that the process of teaching and learning can be exciting, fun, kinesthetic and meaningful. Each program incorporates, in- depth and cutting edge research from the fields of Brain-Body Research, Outdoor and Adventure Education, Behavioral Sciences, Community Building, Conflict Management, Peace Studies and Experiential practices in Education. The Institute offers DEEP or the Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice, India’s only in- depth and comprehensive program on the methodology of Experiential Education. DEEP has been running 10 years across Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Bengaluru and caters to teachers, corporate trainers, facilitators in training & practice, outdoor and adventure educators, NGO’s and those involved in education and community building. The Institute also offers a variety of shorter programs including a certificate course (CEEP) Certificate in Experiential Education and Practice, Racoon Circles a program on incorporating various ropes, strings, tapes, tubes and cards, in experiential scenario’s and an advanced program on Facilitation.
